- Put people on a job On a job or quote, choose the sales rep, designer and printer under Who's on it. Each list only has the people who do that job, plus owners and admins. Whoever starts a quote is its sales rep until you change it. Their faces show on the board and the sales board.
- A designer for each customer Set Their designer on a customer. Their new quotes and jobs go to that designer by themselves, including ones from the customer portal, the order page, reorders and quotes drafted from an email. You can still change it on any job.
- Only their own jobs On the Team page, See all jobs decides whether someone sees every job or only the jobs they're on, on the board, lists, search, Today and the calendar. It's off for designers to start, so a freelancer only sees their own work. Owners always see everything.
- See your own work Today lists Your jobs. In Job board, List, choose My jobs, or filter by anyone in the team. Tick several jobs to set the designer or printer on all of them at once.
- Add your own fields In Settings, Job board, add fields like Machine (a list of choices with colours), Print date, or Packed by (a person). Tick Show on cards to see them on the board. They show on every job and as columns in the list.
- Statuses that keep themselves Artwork, blanks, payment and shipping show where they're up to on every card and in the list. They change by themselves when a proof is approved, blanks arrive, a deposit is paid or the job is sent.
