Questions about pricing
Which plan is right for us?
Starter is for one or two people running the shop, often from home or a garage, with up to 60 new jobs a month. Shop is for a team with a production floor: purchase orders, stock, people on jobs and automations. Pro is for bigger shops with club stores, online sales and more than one business name.
Who counts as an office user?
Anyone with the owner, admin, sales or designer role. People with the production role log in free and never see prices or costs.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from Billing. Moving up or down works straight away, and the next bill adds or takes off the part of the period that's left.
What are add-ons?
A few features from the plan above that you can add on their own, like purchase orders on Starter or club stores on Shop. Starter can have two and Shop three; past that, moving up costs about the same and gives you more.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown ex GST, with GST of 10% added on your tax invoice. Shop at A$129.00 ex GST is A$141.90 inc GST.
What if we go over the texts or AI uses?
They stop until the 1st of next month, so there's never a surprise bill. You can add 100 more texts a month for A$10.00 ex GST.
Are there card fees?
Card payments from your customers go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own fees. We don't add anything on top.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can download your customers, jobs and invoices first.
