Invoices in one click
Turn an approved job into a tax invoice with all its lines, extras and set-up, or let invoices make themselves when a job reaches Ready to go. Deposit and progress invoices come off the final one. Record part payments and see who owes what, and how late.
No job left uninvoiced
Every job on the board says Not invoiced, Invoiced unpaid, Part paid or Paid. A To invoice list shows approved jobs with no invoice yet, and moving a job to Done asks first if it isn't invoiced or paid.
Card payments into your own account
Customers pay invoices and deposits by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay from their link, straight into your own Stripe account, and by Afterpay or Klarna if you turn those on in Stripe. We add no fee on top of Stripe's. Ask for a deposit when they approve, and skip it for regulars you trust.
Your books, done for you
Connect Xero or QuickBooks once and invoices, customers and payments are sent every few minutes. Payments matched in Xero or QuickBooks come back too, so invoices show as paid without typing them in twice. Or download a file for any other system.
