The busywork runs itself
Ready-made rules that email, text and move jobs for you, and every reply from a customer or supplier landing on the job it's about.
Rules you switch on in one click
Pick what starts it, like a quote being approved or a job being sent, and what to do: email the customer, email the team, text them, move the job or add a note.
- Customer emails for proofs, finished orders and invoices are on from the start
- Follow up quotes and proofs that get no reply
- Tell the team about web orders and reorders
Replies land on the job
Emails go out under your shop's name with no setup. When a customer or supplier replies, it shows on the job, quote or purchase order it's about, attachments and all, and you can answer from there. Prefer your inbox? Send replies straight there instead. You can also send from your own address by adding a few records to your domain.
- A copy of each reply to your inbox, if you like
- Save a customer's logo from a reply straight to the job
- New replies counted in Messages
Texts customers read
Text a customer from any job, or let an automation do it. 50 to 500 texts a month are included, depending on the plan, and every text has an opt-out.
Help with the typing, if you want it
Paste a customer's email and get a priced draft quote, with garments picked from your catalogue. Check artwork for colours and sharpness. Have follow-up emails written for you. 30 to 1000 uses a month are included, depending on the plan.

Where does the AI run?
