Switching from Printavo

  1. Bring your customers across. Export customers from Printavo or your accounting app as a CSV and load it in Customers, Import. You see what will be added before anything changes.
  2. Bring your past jobs. Export your orders from Printavo as a CSV and load it in Jobs, Bring past jobs across. Each customer's history comes with them, and jobs still in progress land on the board.
  3. Load your supplier price lists. Load each supplier's CSV, or save the link to it so it loads again each day.
  4. Set your prices. Edit the starter price lists for screen print, embroidery, DTF and transfers.
  5. Connect your books. Connect Xero or QuickBooks, and card payments with Stripe.
  6. Run both for a while. Quote new jobs here and finish what's in progress there, until everything has moved across.
